Vietnam Agarwood Association (VAWA) — a professional social organization permitted to be established by the Ministry of Home Affairs under Decision No. 23/QĐ-BNV dated January 11, 2010 — respectfully notifies our members and the public:

1. Current situation of impersonating pages

Recently, the Communications Department of the Vietnam Agarwood Association has recorded many Facebook pages (Fanpages, Groups), personal Zalo accounts, Zalo OAs, websites, TikTok channels, YouTube channels, etc., using the name, logo, images, and reputation of the Association but not belonging to our official communication system.

Many of these pages have engaged in the following behaviors:

• Impersonating the Association to solicit donations or collect membership fees.

• Advertising agarwood products of unknown origin with fake "VAWA certified" labels.

• Inviting participation in non-existent courses or events.

• Fraudulent money transfers via personal accounts.

2. Official communication channels of the Association

The Vietnam Agarwood Association only communicates through the following channels:

• Official Facebook: facebook.com/hoitramhuongvietnam.org

• Official email: hoitramhuongvietnam2010@gmail.com

• Official hotline: 0913 810 060 (Mr. Pham Van Du — Association President), 0938 334 647 (Mr. Nguyen Van Hung — Association Vice President)

• Headquarters: No. 150, Ly Chinh Thang Street, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

Any other Zalo OA accounts, YouTube, or TikTok channels (if opened by the Association) will be officially announced on the website at the /contact page and the Privacy Policy page.

3. Disclaimer

The Vietnam Agarwood Association bears no responsibility for:

• Any content, statements, products, or services posted by impersonating pages/accounts.

• Any transactions, money transfers, or donations made through unofficial channels.

• Damages arising from users failing to check the list of official channels before conducting transactions.

4. Request for community cooperation

1. Report to the Association: send the URL of the impersonating page to the email hoitramhuongvietnam2010@gmail.com along with a screenshot. The Communications Department will handle it according to legal procedures.

2. Report directly to the platforms (Facebook, Zalo, Google) using the Report feature — select the reason "Impersonating an organization".

3. Absolutely do not transfer money, provide ID cards/citizen identification, OTP codes, or conduct transactions with channels not verified on the official website.

4. Share this notice with members, partners, and the community to protect the Association's reputation and the rights of agarwood consumers together.

5. Commitment of the Association

The Executive Committee of the Vietnam Agarwood Association commits to coordinating with functional authorities (Ministry of Information and Communications, Department of Cybersecurity – Ministry of Public Security, social media platforms) to strictly handle impersonation and fraudulent acts to protect the Association's reputation and the legal rights of members and consumers.
