# BIOGRAPHY OF MR. NGUYEN PHAN HOAI LINH **Mr. Nguyen Phan Hoai Linh** is a pioneer with over 15 years of practical experience in the agarwood industry, ranging from natural agarwood exploration to research and the development of sustainable organic agarwood induction technology. He graduated from a **Technical Intermediate School with a major in Mechanical Engineering**. However, his passion for agarwood led him to the forests at an early age. In **2009**, he began learning the traditional craft from experienced agarwood hunters and directly participated in the exploration and harvesting of natural agarwood. Over the years, he has traveled extensively through Vietnam's most renowned agarwood-producing regions, including **Tra My, Phuoc Son, Nam Giang, Dong Giang, Tay Giang, Dai Loc (Quang Nam Province), Gia Lai, Kon Tum, Phu Yen, Quang Ngai, and Khanh Hoa**. These years of working deep in the forests provided him with invaluable hands-on knowledge of Aquilaria trees, the natural formation of agarwood, regional ecological characteristics, and the true value of Vietnamese agarwood. In **2012**, Mr. Linh enlisted in the **Vietnam People's Army**, serving in **Regiment E7, Army Corps 3**. During his military service, he held several leadership positions, including **Squad Leader, Deputy Platoon Leader, and Communications Platoon Officer**.
